In light of the extended impact of COVID-19, our priority continues to be the well-being of our clients, employees and partners. We are committed to ensuring that support remains in place for our customers, operating as usual but in the safest way for all. We would like to reassure our clients that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the government and health organisations at this time.
Our service team have now drastically reduced customer visits by providing support remotely (where possible), with telephone and out of hours support also available on request. Where a site visit is required, our engineers are sanitising copier screens with antibacterial solution before and after servicing them, as well as any keyboards we are required to use as part of that work. As a further preventative measure, we also kindly request that customers allow our engineers to wash their hands on arrival and on exit of their premises.
