Supporting Our Copier ClientsDespite the current restrictions, it’s business as usual here at Digitech, as we continue to maintain, develop and support our client base with the same enthusiasm, punctuality and professionalism as always. In the past year, we have all learnt to adapt to new working environments, overcoming the challenges to keep business moving, and we are no exception. We continue to support our clients in a timely, efficient and practical manner, no matter the circumstances or the limitations imposed.

Through the past year, remote support has worked well and this service will continue for the foreseeable future. We are now diagnosing and addressing a large proportion of hardware and software issues with remote fixes, rather than specific engineer visits. This is keeping social contact to minimum, whilst providing the same (if not better) level of service compared to before. Not only is our remote support quicker and more efficient, it also has a positive environmental impact too, reducing our carbon footprint.

We have also supported many businesses through the pandemic to deliver and install extra machines with temporary rental agreements, adapting to the needs of our customers. This has allowed staff within their offices to be spaced out, reducing the need for employees to share equipment. If your internal workflow has changed and you now need more copiers, printers or a document solution to work more efficiently or effectively, please do get in touch with our helpful team and we will be happy to propose a solution.

Internally, our workforce is still working from home as much as possible. Should staff need to be on site, we have large premises and are limiting each office to one team member at any one time. Calls to us are being answered in the usual manner, and support is also available via our website, contact form, email and social media accounts. Deliveries of toner and consumables are now being made unsigned, further protecting you and our distribution network. Rest assured, we continue to follow all guidelines, continually adapting to best serve our customers. We are open as usual, from 9am to 5pm throughout the week and are here to help.
