We are returning to the new normal here at Digitech Business Equipment. Despite some changes to processes and our working practices, service has resumed, and we continue to provide sales and aftersales support with the same punctuality and professionalism as always. Our team are taking precautions, and we would like to reassure our customers that we take these responsibilities seriously.
Our service team has been working hard to reduce customer visits, providing support remotely or via telephone, wherever possible. Where a site visit is required, our engineers are sanitising copier screens with antibacterial solution before and after servicing them, whilst wearing disposable gloves and in some cases, masks too. Prior to a site visit we are asking our customers to confirm that we can access their machines safely with space to work. For deliveries, we are now routinely wearing face masks, as we cannot adhere to a safe social distance of two metres whilst transporting a copier.
Internally, our team are working from home as much as possible, and calls to us will be answered in the usual manner. Should staff need to be on site, we have large premises and are limiting each office to one team member at any one time. All doors are being left open to minimise contact with high touch surfaces. Rest assured, we will continue to follow government guidelines and health and safety closely to ensure that our clients, applicants, tenants, contractors and our team are kept safe at all times. We are open as usual, from 9am to 5pm throughout the week and are here to help.
